The African Savanna
Our paper creature or alebrijes come from the African Savanna Desert ecosystem. Some interesting facts about our ecosystem are that Savannas occur when there isn’t enough rain to support a rainforest, but there is enough rain to keep it from becoming a full desert. A fact we learned is that grasshoppers can form millions if not billions in a group when migrating. In this ecosystem, we demonstrate how the slithers after the insects. We also show how the snail travels through the desert.
